| Mrs. Bindu Kapoor is the wife of Mr Rana Kapoor, Founder/Managing Director & CEO, YES
BANK Ltd. A dedicated wife, homemaker and mother of three beautiful daughters, Bindu is an
active member of the Young Presidents’ Organization and a Committee Member of the IMC
Ladies’ Wing. |

keen interest in art and design. She is also associated with the NGO Khushi, an organization
that is committed to helping street children and the elderly. Bindu was born in New Delhi, and is
