Vision
A world where everyone has a decent place to Live

Mission
Habitat for Humanity International works in partnership with God and people everywhere, from all walks of life, to develop communities with people in need by building and renovating houses so that there are decent houses in decent communities in which people can experience God’s love, and can live and grow into all that God intends.

6 Core Values
1. Respect  for the Dignity of the Individual
We cannot operate effectively unless each of us is able to treat everyone else with appropriate respect. This essential value must be at the heart of our Christian culture and will help us focus on many important issues like diversity of our workforce.

2. Uncompromising Integrity
In today's increasingly complex world, INTEGRITY & HONESTY must be the hallmark of any organization or person striving to consistently achieve and maintain the respect of our publics.

3. Trust
We must be able to work in an environment in which we trust each other. We must depend upon and trust our colleagues to do their assigned tasks without the need to check & recheck their work.

Likewise, each of us must handle our responsibilities so that our colleagues can trust we are doing our part.

4. Credibility
Each of us must earn the credibility with others inside & outside the organization. Certainly, Habitat must strive for the highest credibility with all its external publics.

We must commit to do what we say we will do and no later than we commit to do it.

5. Continuous Improvement and Personal Renewal
We will search out and welcome opportunities to openly celebrate the achievements of others and congratulate individuals, teams, employees, partners and donors for delivering results that contribute to Habitat’s success.

Recognition and rejoicing will be an integral part of our everyday work activity.

6. Recognition and Celebration
Through the work of Habitat, thousands of low-income families have found new hope in the form of affordable housing. Churches, community groups and others have joined together to successfully tackle a significant social problem -- decent housing for all.
